There are several important facts related to porting a number that you need to be aware of and we can guide you through all of the details but most importantly if you port a number then the line that it is attached to together with any associated services such as ADSL/Broadband will also be terminated and you may have cancellation penalties to pay.

The process is reasonably straight forward and we will send you all the details that you need as part of the setting up an account with Adepteo.


After a porting request has been accepted by the existing provider the process generally takes around 2 weeks to be completed but it can vary between 7 to 30 days depending upon the type of line you are transferring the number from.  For mobile porting the timescale is usually 2-3 days.
