The Adepteo Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system is designed to improve efficiency and potentially enhance the customer experience. Our IVR allows callers to your business to hear a personalised greeting guiding them to the correct people or departments.
The Adepteo IVR can be customised for your business needs via our online portal the Adepteo Cloud Control Centre C³. Our computer generated voice allows you to record your own greetings and messages and playback the message.
There is also an option to keep the computer generated voice, use a member of staff or have a professional voice artist produce the recording.
IVR options are almost endless and can be a combination of direct extensions, call groups, queues or even another IVR menu. You can even set opening or closing times and make different choices depending upon the time or date.
