At Adepteo calls can be stored for 30 days if permitted under General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). All calls are stored in compliance with GDPR. However, we recognise that some businesses may want to hold call recordings for longer periods of time due to legal requirements.
As Adepteo maintain, manage and host our own cloud storage capacity is not an issue for us.
Additional storage can be bought on a monthly basis. Please see charges for details.
