As Adepteo continues to grow we are changing and refining some of our core processes. One of the most important ones to us is that of providing ongoing support to all of our customers. At all times we strive to provide the best level of service possible and to treat your business with the importance that it deserves. In order for us to do this we need your assistance in the way that you report problems to us and I have outlined the basic process here.
Business Hours – 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday

Out of Hours - Please note this process has changed
You can only contact us by phone in the following ways:
Call 777 - From your Adepteo phone; or
Call 0161 710 2000 - From a mobile or land line.
The call will be answered by our out of hours monitoring service. The details will then be passed to the appropriate member of staff.
When you report the problem please ensure that you provide the following information:-
Your company name;
Contact details for us to get back in touch with you; and
The nature of the problem and clear details of the impact it is having on your business.
