The Adepteo Interactive Voice Response (IVR) engine is designed to improve efficiency, provide a better customer experience and free up operators so that either fewer operators are required or more calls can be handled.  Typical Adepteo IVR functions include the following:

• Make a booking;
• Checking booking status;
• Cancel a booking;
• Speak with the driver; and
• Talk directly to an operator.
