I am extremely pleased to announce that for the second year in a row Adepteo has been short listed as a finalist for the ISPA awards for Best Internet Telephony provider 2012 (Click here for more information)
A large number of companies were nominated for the award and we have all undergone 2 months of rigorous technical testing by Malden Electronics as part of the selection process.
The technical testing is complete, so it is now down to the independent panel of ISPA Awards judges to decide on the winners which will be announced on July 3 at the Park Lane Sheraton Hotel in London.
About The ISPA Awards:
The ISPAs - the UK Internet industry awards - now in their 14th year are unique as they are awarded to people and organisations in the industry by their peers and reflect the broad nature of the service provider sector. The Internet Services Providers' Association (ISPA UK) has been organising the UK Internet Industry Awards since 1999 to herald the best of the Internet industry and to celebrate innovation and best practice. In 2002 the awards were dubbed The ISPAs.
Overview of technical testing:
Every two hours for last two months the Malden testing system performed a VoIP call over our service to a PSTN terminated end point. An audio recording was played during the call and the performance of the audio delivery and network behaviour during the call was measured. Only those providers who met the stringent standards set by ISPA were shortlisted.
At Adepteo we aim to provide the best service and it is satisfying to see the industry recognise that level of service.
